Kevin Foreman has seven years of extensive and diverse litigation experience, consistently achieving favorable outcomes for his clients. He has represented major rideshare, transportation, and hospitality companies in novel and complex litigation.

Kevin’s experience encompasses a wide spectrum of matters, including medical malpractice, mass tort and product liability, transportation litigation, civil human trafficking defense, commercial disputes, and premises liability. He represents clients in both state and federal courts, as well as appearing before administrative tribunals. Kevin is a strategic thinker — meticulous and detail-oriented — but also “sees the forest for the trees,” ensuring that his clients understand the big picture of the work being done and its implications.

Prior to becoming a litigator, Kevin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ronald A. Silkworth in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
