Overview

Taylor Fay focuses on a variety of complex business transactions and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, and project financing.

Taylor received her J.D., with honors, from Emory University School of Law, where she served as a symposium editor for the Emory Law Journal.  Before joining the firm, she served as an intern to the Honorable Dean C. Bucci of the Paulding County Superior Court.
