Overview

Calesta Groff advises health care providers, including hospitals, health systems, long-term care facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices, and licensed health care practitioners. She counsels these providers in corporate, transactional, regulatory, and operational matters.

Calesta has a dual J.D./M.A. in bioethics from Wake Forest University School of Law and a B.S. in public health from Temple University. With prior experience at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Atrium Health, she brings a strong foundation in health law, regulatory compliance, and medical ethics. Her background spans both legal practice and research, with a focus on health policy, privacy, and health care access.
