Overview

Annie Hiotis is Carlton Fields’ chief operating officer and oversees the core business functions of the firm, including financial management and administrative functions. Annie's overall management responsibilities include providing leadership and direction to the firm’s office administrators and department managers in eight areas: marketing and client development, finance, information systems, conflicts and business intake, legal talent management, human resources, legal project and practice management, and office administration. Annie is an active member of management and administrative committees.

Annie has been with the firm since 1992 and previously served as director of office operations and human resources.
