Overview
Jake Heiges is developing his practice in financial services regulatory matters. As a law clerk and summer associate with the firm, he researched state insurance laws and regulations to help clients stay compliant.
Before joining the firm, Jake was a summer intern with the UF Law Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic, where he drafted motions and briefs in proceedings before the Board of Veterans' Appeals and other tribunals. During law school, he was a member of the Florida Law Review and a Chesterfield Smith Scholar. Earlier in his career, Jake was an analyst at TheMathCompany, where he helped build machine learning and data platforms and advised Fortune 500 clients.
