Pamela Hayati’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. She represents corporate clients in matters including commercial disputes, employment litigation, health care litigation, and professional liability.
Pamela also has experience representing health care institutions and providers in matters involving medical malpractice and elder abuse, as well as state and federal civil rights litigation, including representing government agencies, municipalities, and their employees in matters involving constitutional law, torts, and criminal law.
Outside her practice, Pamela is an avid photographer, focusing her work on documentary photography, and enjoys spending time with her Yorkie, Constantino, and loved ones.
