Overview
Jocelyn Kirsch focuses her practice on finance and real estate law. She has experience drafting and analyzing commercial agreements, including operating agreements, real estate transactional ancillary documents, and other corporate documentation, complex leases, and due diligence for repurchase facilities, loan originations, and securitizations.
In addition to her real estate and finance practice, Jocelyn assists companies in reviewing, negotiating, and drafting transactional agreements pertaining to professional services.
Jocelyn received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where she served as managing editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal and policy director of the International Refugee Assistance Project.
Admitted in Pennsylvania. All work in Florida supervised by a Florida licensed attorney.
