Priya Khetarpal represents hospitals and health care providers in a broad range of matters, including corporate, transactional, regulatory, and operational issues.
Before joining Carlton Fields, Priya gained extensive experience providing legal and operational guidance in both private and government health care settings. She has worked with public health agencies, health systems, and legislative offices, focusing on regulatory compliance, public health law, and policy development. Her interdisciplinary background enables her to advise clients on complex regulatory matters, develop compliance strategies, and navigate transactional and operational challenges effectively.
Priya earned her J.D. with a health care compliance certificate from American University Washington College of Law, where she received the Corrine Parver Health Law Award, and a Master of Public Health from Dartmouth College.
