Meredith Little represents companies in high-stakes mass tort and product liability litigation. She brings insight from her clerkship with the Honorable Christopher P. Tuite of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, where she assisted in drafting judicial opinions and managing a diverse docket of civil and criminal matters, and her prior experience as a summer associate at Carlton Fields. Clients benefit from her strong writing and advocacy skills, as well as her ability to navigate challenging procedural and substantive issues in federal and state courts.
