Overview
Darya Momeni represents clients in complex civil disputes from presuit investigation through trial.
Prior to joining the firm, Darya focused her practice on medical malpractice and general liability defense, representing major Florida hospital systems, physicians, and other health care providers in complex, high-exposure matters. She also served as a member of a trial team in a matter that resulted in a complete defense verdict.
Darya's experience in the health care sector extends beyond civil litigation and includes representing health care providers in regulatory matters before the Florida Department of Health, as well as prior experience with the department and the Florida Association of Health Plans.
