
Overview
Dylan Magruder defends property and casualty insurance companies in litigation. He represents clients in coverage disputes and other litigation, including matters involving bad faith and disputes arising from commercial general liability, professional liability, property, and excess insurance policies.
Prior to joining the firm, Dylan handled a broad range of civil litigation matters, representing clients from inception to resolution in state and federal trial and appellate courts. His practice included tort, insurance, employment, commercial, construction, and governmental liability.
Before entering private practice, Dylan served as a staff attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, where he gained experience in civil rights, employment, immigration, and criminal matters.
