Overview

Shane McGlashen is a trial attorney who represents companies and individuals in a variety of high-stakes business disputes. Throughout his career, Shane has represented a diverse array of clients in plaintiff- and defense-side litigation, handling cases through trial and appeal in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Carlton Fields, Shane focused on plaintiff-side litigation where he successfully recovered millions for his clients both before filing suit and after vigorous litigation. Before that, he was a litigation associate at a prominent international law firm where he defended businesses in complex class action and commercial lawsuits nationwide.

Shane originally honed his trial practice as a public defender. During law school, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Laurel M. Isicoff of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
