Overview
Zachary Mullinax represents clients in appeals and other matters involving complex statutory and constitutional questions. Before joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to Justice Charles J. Bethel of the Georgia Supreme Court and as an assistant attorney general in the Georgia Attorney General Solicitor General’s Unit. He has drafted briefs at every level of the federal and state appellate systems, including the U.S. Supreme Court, and successfully argued cases before the Georgia Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
His prior experience includes serving as an honors fellow with the U.S. Department of Justice and completing internships with the New Civil Liberties Alliance and the Georgia Court of Appeals.
