Overview

Delaney Nelson focuses her practice on product liability and toxic tort litigation. She has substantial experience supporting complex civil litigation, including drafting motions, preparing trial materials, and managing discovery efforts such as nationwide public records requests.

During law school, Delaney gained valuable client advocacy experience working as a certified student attorney and served as a judicial extern for a federal district judge. Before pursuing law, Delaney was a second-grade teacher with Teach for America, where she developed strong communication and leadership skills. She is passionate about helping clients navigate challenging legal issues and is dedicated to achieving effective results.

Outside her practice, Delaney enjoys exploring Minnesota’s North Shore, traveling, and developing her photography skills.
