Cliff received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where he served as managing senior editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy. He also served as an intern to the Honorable Michael J. McAuliffe of the Montgomery County Circuit Court, assisting with legal research, jury selection, and trial preparation.
Before pursuing law, Cliff worked as a senior analyst at a finance and real estate consulting firm, providing economic modeling and technical reporting for federal government housing projects. With a strong foundation in regulatory research, economic modeling, and practical problem-solving, Cliff offers strategic insight to clients navigating complex financial regulations.
