Kaitlin Prece represents individuals and businesses in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including business disputes, breach of contract, business torts, and other complex civil litigation. Her practice spans various areas, including life, annuity, and retirement litigation, business law, and employment law.

Kaitlin earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as inter-school vice president of the Charles C. Papy Jr. Moot Court Board. Before joining Carlton Fields, Kaitlin served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Jose E. Martinez of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, where she conducted legal research and analysis.
