Oliver M. Phillipson
Overview
Oliver Phillipson counsels and represents insurers in complex commercial liability coverage disputes, including mass tort and product liability class actions and multidistrict litigation. Oliver has also represented clients in federal and state courts in a variety of commercial, real estate, and employment disputes.
In addition to his practice, Oliver serves as an adjunct professor of trial advocacy at his alma mater, Fordham University School of Law, where he coaches students in preparation for national and intra-school trial advocacy competitions and trains students on trial advocacy skills.
