Overview

Tyler Peruta focuses his practice on commercial and residential real estate matters, including financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. He has experience drafting and reviewing loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, and commercial leases, as well as conducting title and survey due diligence and supporting transactions from contract through closing.

Tyler also advises clients on landlord-tenant matters and assists in resolving leasing disputes. In addition, he has experience supporting transactions involving the sale and acquisition of health care practices, including related regulatory considerations.

Prior to joining the firm, Tyler gained experience in private practice and in-house legal settings, where he worked on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and litigation support.
