
Overview
Andre Revaz focuses his practice on complex mass tort and product liability litigation. Andre represents diverse clients both in federal and state court in a wide array of matters including construction defect, business disputes related to real property, white collar investigations, contract disputes, and medical device litigation. He also practices in the defense of personal injury matters ranging from asbestos to premises liability.
Andre handles all aspects of case management including motion practice, depositions, discovery, and trial preparation. He brings a unique perspective to his cases stemming from his experience defending various general tort and medical negligence matters and previously serving as a Florida Gubernatorial Fellow with the Executive Office of Gov. Ron DeSantis and interning with the public relations office of the Polk County Sherrif’s Office.
