
Amrit P. Singh
Overview
Amrit Singh focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation, employment litigation, and professional liability. Amrit represents corporate clients in state and federal courts in commercial disputes and handles all stages of litigation, including fact investigation, complex written discovery, depositions, dispositive motion practice, and trial preparation.
Before joining the firm, Amrit also assisted in the representation of financial institutions and broker-dealers before FINRA at a national full-service law firm.
Amrit speaks Punjabi and Hindi. Outside his practice, Amrit is involved with the South Asian Bar Association of New Jersey.
