Overview
Austin Shaffer represents clients through all phases of complex litigation. His practice includes managing pleadings, discovery, depositions, and substantive motion practice in matters involving premises liability, transportation, and professional liability claims. Austin also advises clients on risk exposure and settlement strategy, helping to resolve disputes efficiently while minimizing business risk. He also works closely with expert witnesses to evaluate key liability and damages issues and develop effective case strategies.
Austin began his legal career as a staff attorney with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in Atlanta, where he assisted with matters involving post-conviction relief, civil rights, immigration, criminal law, sentencing, and employment issues.
