Overview

Daniel Simonds advises commercial developers, property owners, and tenants in a variety of real estate and corporate matters.

Prior to joining Carlton Fields, Daniel worked as an acquisitions associate at a real estate private equity firm. Daniel also previously served on active duty in the U.S. Army as an attorney in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps. In that role, Daniel practiced contract and fiscal law, drafting contracts and legal opinions for large-scale military construction projects and intergovernmental real estate agreements. He currently serves in the Army Reserve with the 351st Civil Affairs Command as a captain.
