Overview

David Sosa focuses on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and tax-related aspects of business structuring.

David earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was an editor of the University of Miami Business Law Review. He also completed an LL.M. in taxation, earning the Director’s Award in Partnership Tax.

During law school, David gained experience assisting on acquisition transactions, including drafting securities purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and reorganization documents, as well as supporting due diligence and conducting research on corporate and tax issues. He also brings prior experience supporting litigation matters and working on legislative and policy initiatives in a public sector setting.
