Philip Schuss focuses his practice on commercial real estate finance, representing lenders and developers in a broad range of transactions, including construction financings, loan modifications, and other complex secured lending arrangements. He assists clients from initial structuring and due diligence through negotiation and closing and advises on entity formation and governance matters arising in connection with real estate transactions.
