Overview

Simone Shuman represents clients in a variety of commercial disputes. Her practice includes drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, and supporting case strategy and preparation.

Before joining Carlton Fields, Simone focused on litigating patent disputes before U.S. district courts and investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission. She has worked on matters across industries such as pharmaceuticals, health care and life sciences, technology, and consumer products.

Simone earned her J.D. from Cardozo School of Law, where she was a staff editor for the Cardozo International & Comparative Law Review.
