Jacqueline Wlodarczyk focuses on complex commercial disputes, contract matters, and business-related litigation.

Before joining the firm, Jacqueline served consecutive judicial clerkships with the Superior Court of New Jersey, first in the Law Division, Civil Part, and then in the Appellate Division. In these roles, she conducted in-depth legal research, analyzed complex commercial and transactional issues, and assisted in drafting judicial opinions and orders. Her experience spans a wide range of matters, including business disputes, contract litigation, professional malpractice, and employment claims, providing her with a strong foundation in both trial- and appellate-level practice.

Jacqueline earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she served as an associate editor of the Seton Hall University School of Law Legislative Journal.
