Overview
Olivia Zukowski assists clients in the areas of bankruptcy and insolvency. She has a range of experience researching complex issues on bankruptcy and civil matters. Olivia also assists clients in a wide variety of complex commercial matters and business disputes in both state and federal court.
Her prior experience includes serving as a legal intern at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and a summer associate at Carlton Fields, where she conducted legal research, drafted motions and memoranda, and assisted in arbitration and pretrial preparation.
Olivia earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as the Eleventh Circuit editor of the University of Miami Law Review.
