Practice Experience

• Steve Brodie is a commercial litigator in state and federal courts and serves as outside general counsel for several companies.
• Mr. Brodie's practice includes civil litigation with a focus on insurance, business disputes and general commercial issues. He also has extensive experience in insurance-related litigation, including coverage, defense, and regulatory matters.
• He has a broad range of commercial litigation experience including employment, intellectual property, antitrust, and regulatory matters among other types of complex commercial disputes.
• Mr. Brodie's practice also involves the representation of creditors and enforcing their rights in state and federal court or in bankruptcy proceedings. This has included all forms of prejudgment execution, post-judgment supplementary proceedings and enforcing creditors' rights in a bankruptcy context. He has represented major institutional lenders, finance companies, and other creditors.
