The Government Law and Consulting Practice Group at Carlton Fields is pleased to announce the release of its 2009 Florida Legislature Post-Session Report. The report details significant bills that passed during the recently adjourned 2009 Regular Session and Special Session of the Florida Legislature. The report is categorized by subject, and is meant to provide a general overview of legislative actions that are likely to be of interest to clients and the public.

Members of the firm's Government Law and Consulting Practice Group were heavily involved in the activities of the 2009 Regular Session and Special Session of the Florida Legislature. Carlton Fields’ Senior Government Consultant Rheb Harbison, Shareholder Nancy Linnan, and Legislative Administrative Assistant Tami McQueen compiled the 2009 Florida Legislature Post-Session Report.
