Calif. Court Affirms Louis Vuitton Class Action Waivers

Law360 covered a recent win for Carlton Fields Los Angeles Shareholders Mark Neubauer and Meredith Moss who persuaded a Los Angeles judge to send workers’ wage claims to arbitration and toss their class-action claims. The attorneys won the case for client Louis Vuitton by digging up evidence that showed the plaintiffs signed agreements waiving their right to sue.
