Jay Koenigsberg was quoted in a Daily Business Review article titled “'He's a Little Guy': A New Ruling Is Good News for Florida Tenants.” The article discusses the right of first refusal, which was the subject of a recent tenant-landlord-purchaser dispute in West Palm Beach. Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal ruled in favor of the tenant.

Koenigsberg said the appeals court did the right thing in a case where it appears “everybody got together and decided to ignore the tenant, thinking that they won’t do anything about it and decided to do it anyway.”
