Trish Carreiro was quoted in a Daily Business Review article titled “Amid Spreading Patchwork of Data Privacy Regs, Attorneys Embrace New Opportunities.” The article discusses how compliance-side attorneys are advising clients to be proactive with new cybersecurity and data privacy laws.

“California’s [Consumer Privacy Act] is often going to be what I would use as a starting point,” said Carreiro. “But then you still have to go and address all the little differences and wrinkles that exist in other state laws as well.”
