“We're seeing more and more corporate counsel digging their heels in and refusing to settle, even on an individual basis, what they characterize as baseless claims,” said Allen. “It looks like we're getting a window into their mindset that they're not going to reward plaintiffs lawyers for bringing these questionable claims.”
