Alon Lagstein Awarded M&A Deal of the Year by Los Angeles Business Journal

LOS ANGELES, CA – Alon Lagstein received the “Deal of the Year" award in the $50 million to $250 million category from the Los Angeles Business Journal.

Lagstein represented an investor group including singer-songwriter John Mayer and director and producer McG in connection with the acquisition and leaseback of the historic Jim Henson Company lot in Hollywood, and the accompanying debt and equity financing and joint venture.

In his practice, Lagstein is dedicated to representing owners, operators, tenants, landlords, borrowers, lenders, investors, and developers in commercial and residential real estate matters, with a focus on acquisition and disposition, leasing, financing, and joint ventures.
