Coy Stull Appointed Chair of Florida Bar Intellectual Property Law Certification Committee
TAMPA, FL – Carlton Fields’ Coy Stull was appointed to serve as chair of the Florida Bar Intellectual Property Law Certification Committee. His one-year term will begin on July 1, 2025. The committee oversees the certification process for attorneys specializing in IP law, including examination development, certification standards, and recertification.
Stull is a registered patent attorney and board certified in intellectual property law by the Florida Bar. He counsels businesses at all stages of the IP process, ranging from startups to well-established companies, and has substantial expertise in federal court litigation and transactions. Stull works with clients across various technology sectors including software, blockchain, consumer products, nanomaterials, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and veterinary products. He is particularly experienced in pharmaceutical litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act.
