Overview

Coy Stull is an intellectual property attorney with substantial expertise in federal court litigation and transactions. He offers guidance to businesses at all stages, ranging from startups to well-established companies. 

Coy collaborates with clients across various technology sectors including software, blockchain, consumer products, nanomaterials, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and veterinary products. He is particularly experienced in pharmaceutical litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act. 

As a registered patent attorney, Coy handles patent applications, inter partes reviews, and ex parte reexaminations. He also manages trademark applications and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. 

Coy is board certified in intellectual property law by the Florida Bar. He actively serves on the Florida Bar's Intellectual Property Law Certification Committee and the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s Patent Litigation Committee. 

Coy is committed to pro bono work, assisting veterans seeking disability benefits and helping family law clients with custody issues. Additionally, he serves on the board of directors for Bay Area Legal Services.
