Joseph Ianno Appointed to Palm Beach County Bar Association Committees
WEST PALM BEACH, FL – Joseph Ianno was appointed to the judicial relations committee and the civil practice committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. His one-year term begins on July 1, 2025.
The judicial relations committee serves as a liaison between the bar and the judiciary and provides public education to improve access to the courts. The civil practice committee evaluates and proposes enhancements to local civil practice and engages in community outreach efforts.
Ianno focuses his practice on real property litigation, including condominium associations, homeowner associations, real estate disputes, deed restriction enforcement, contract disputes, and collections matters. He also represents a diverse range of clients in both the residential and commercial construction space, including large-scale national homebuilders, general contractors, developers, and owners in a variety of matters including construction defects, construction liens, and payment and contract disputes.
