Overview

Joseph Ianno focuses his practice on real property litigation, including condominium associations, homeowner associations, real estate disputes, deed restriction enforcement, contract disputes, and collections matters.

Joseph earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he served as an award-winning member of the Florida Moot Court Team, winning first place in his final regional competition. He gained valuable corporate experience as a legal intern for Florida Crystals, and additionally served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Ryon M. McCabe of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
