Leading Labor and Employment Attorney Frank Olah Joins Carlton Fields

LOS ANGELES, CA – Frank Olah has joined Carlton Fields’ Labor and Employment Practice as a shareholder in the firm’s Los Angeles office. He was most recently a principal at Jackson Lewis P.C.

Olah represents employers in workplace law matters, with a focus on defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, and wage and hour violations. He has extensive experience handling single- and multi-plaintiff lawsuits, class and representative actions, and arbitration proceedings.

“We are thrilled to welcome Frank to the firm,” said James Sconzo, chair of Carlton Fields’ Labor and Employment Practice. “His skill in assessing potential exposure, advising on risk mitigation strategies, and crafting practical solutions aligned with our clients’ business goals will be of immediate value to our clients.”

In addition to his litigation work, Olah counsels management on employment practice audits, effective human resources strategies, and the preparation of employment policies.

“I was drawn to the firm by the caliber of its attorneys, its national reach, and its stellar reputation across a full range of practice areas,” said Olah. “Joining a team known for its strong litigators and depth of knowledge was an easy decision.”

Olah obtained his J.D., cum laude, from University of Miami School of Law and a B.A. from Washington and Lee University.
