Carlton Fields’ OSHA team helps clients navigate complex workplace safety and health laws. Our OSHA attorneys are members of our Labor and Employment and Construction practices. This cross-disciplinary team counsels and advises clients on all matters that fall under the Occupational Safety and Health Act and related state laws and regulations.
