Holly Dutton concentrates her practice on complex product liability, premises liability, and toxic tort litigation. She has nearly 20 years of experience defending claims involving automotive, consumer products, and life sciences clients, including allegations of design and manufacturing defects.
From case inception through trial preparation, Holly handles all aspects of litigation with a focus on motion practice, discovery strategy, and expert witness development. She is known for her ability to craft effective dispositive motions and to position cases for favorable resolution. In addition to her litigation practice, Holly is actively engaged in pro bono representation and community service.
Holly began her career working with startup and Fortune 500 companies and was formerly a vice president of sales and marketing for a talent management company that provided automotive product specialists to many of the Japanese automotive manufacturers.
