Jenna L. Durr

Jenna Durr’s practice focuses on product liability, mass tort, and commercial litigation. She has represented medical device, pharmaceutical, and consumer product manufacturers in high-profile claims, often involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death. She also has experience defending automotive manufacturers.

She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of civil litigation. As defense counsel, she has represented clients in tort litigation as well as insurance, professional malpractice, and medical licensure cases. As a plaintiffs’ lawyer, she has advised on personal injury and medical malpractice cases, insurance claims, class actions, and consumer rights actions.

She has worked on cases in both state and federal court and has represented clients in arbitrations, mediations, and administrative proceedings. Jenna has first-chair experience and has conducted oral arguments in appellate matters.
