Chris Marple represents lenders, investors, owners, financial institutions, and other clients in a wide variety of commercial real estate and finance transactions involving acquisition, bridge, construction, permanent, mezzanine, and subordinate loans.
He also has experience representing financial institution clients and other creditors in civil litigation matters, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
Experience
- Represented mortgage loan servicer as special counsel in a $1.7 billion acquisition of a nationally recognized financial institution’s mortgage loan servicing platform.
- Represents a nationally recognized specialty finance company in connection with bridge lending transactions secured by retail, office, and multifamily properties across multiple states.
- Represents an internationally recognized investment and asset management firm in loan acquisition and loan sale transactions secured by self-storage facilities across multiple states.
- Represents one of the nationally recognized rating agencies in connection with legal aspects of rating public and private placements at transaction, loan, and property levels for CMBS, conduit, CLOs, and single-borrower/single-asset securitization.
