Overview
Scott Menger is a commercial litigator with experience in both state and federal courts. His experience includes representing clients in matters involving breach of contract, conversion, fraud, and unfair business practices. Scott also has experience representing clients in matters involving civil rights violations and medical malpractice defense. Scott handles matters at all stages of litigation, including conducting depositions, arguing motions, defending clients at trial, and drafting appellate briefs. Recently, he was part of a trial team that won a $9 million jury verdict for a client in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
During law school, Scott served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Beverly Reid O’Connell of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and to the Honorable H. Chester Horn Jr. of the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
