Overview
Marina Rubio represents developers, institutional lenders, and individual investors in a wide range of complex commercial real estate and finance transactions.
Marina earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a member of the University of Miami Race & Social Justice Law Review and the Charles C. Papy Jr. Moot Court Board. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Adalberto Jordan of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable Roy K. Altman of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Previously, Marina worked at a hedge fund and private equity-focused strategic communications and media relations firm, where she assisted in providing financial, strategic, and crisis communications counsel.
Outside her practice, Marina is an aspiring “Top Chef” and “Great British Baking Show” contestant and avid runner, having competed in the 2023 New York City Marathon.
