Overview
David Safir represents clients in the life, annuity, and retirement industry in complex commercial litigation. He defends financial services companies in complex civil litigation matters and class actions in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
David earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he served as a senior research editor of the Florida Law Review and participated in the Wrongful Convictions Clinic. He also served as an intern for the Honorable Philip R. Lammens of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Florida.
Before law school, David worked as a compliance analyst at a large financial institution.
