Overview

Susan Taylor is an accomplished real estate attorney with extensive experience guiding clients through complex commercial and residential property transactions, with particular experience in government approvals. She focuses on land use, zoning, and code enforcement, helping developers, builders, and individual property owners navigate the legal and regulatory processes necessary to bring their projects to fruition.

Her practice includes negotiating and drafting real estate contracts, conducting due diligence, managing entitlement and prospective use analyses, and shepherding projects through local government approvals. Susan regularly represents clients at public hearings, special magistrate proceedings, and circuit court zoning appeals, working closely with commissioners, council members, lobbyists, and other stakeholders to facilitate approvals.
