TAMPA, FL – Carlton Fields attorneys Charlisa Odom and Lauren Gandle have been selected for the Hillsborough County Bar Association’s Bar Leadership Institute for the 2025-26 year.
The program cultivates emerging attorneys for future leadership roles by building key professional and leadership skills, fostering discussion on challenges in the legal field, and connecting participants with meaningful service and volunteer opportunities.
In her practice, Odom represents corporate clients in a range of business disputes, primarily in the financial services industry. Gandle’s practice focuses on advising hospitals and health care providers on a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters.
