Overview

Eden Darrell is a trial attorney who focuses her practice on product liability defense for a range of manufacturers including medical device, automotive, and consumer products. She has defended companies in state and federal courts across the country, including serving as national defense counsel for Fortune 500 companies, as well as national counsel in high-profile multidistrict litigation (MDL) matters.

As national counsel, Eden works closely with clients to develop litigation strategies, positioning cases for early resolution, dispositive motion practice, or trial. She has tried cases in both the first- and second-chair roles and has a depth of experience defending corporate representative depositions, deposing experts and adverse parties, and developing defense themes.
