Overview

For 35 years, Tom Conner has represented financial services companies, including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), insurance companies issuing SEC-registered annuity and life insurance products, commodity pools, and commodity pool operators.

In his practice, Tom draws on his law firm, regulatory agency, and in-house experience to offer client-focused practical solutions to his financial services clients. He enjoys getting to know his clients and understanding their business and products. He assists clients in bringing innovative financial products to the market, including commodities-based and bitcoin ETFs.

Tom has served as vice president and general counsel of the Insured Retirement Institute (IRI), and was a staff member of the SEC in the Office of Disclosure and Investment Adviser Regulation and the Office of Insurance Products.
